Guest guest
Hello everyone. I got called today by the Dr will be having the procedure Nov 17th. I was weighed today at my PCP and weighed in at 310. I have to meet with the surgeon on Nov 14th.. I have the basic list of questions... Which asked how long is surgery how long In Hosp. Dietary plans. Then was asking about how much bowel will be passed. People have told me the more bypassed the better it is for weight loss. Also if the procedure will be with distal connection.... ANY ONE else out there have any questions i should ask the DR??????????????????? Surgeon told me to enjoy this week the foods i wont be able to eat for while and that he expects me to be about 5 lbs heavier by day of surgery... He said i would recieve a packet with the pre op diet about 5 days before....... Good luck to all those also having procedure this week and next... And thats for all the responses to my first post..... Cori Dr TOY Honesdale PA 11/17/03 310/???????
