Finally got my surgery date yippy!

Well I finally got my surgery date and I will be on the losing side

soon. Dec 3rd is my date for surgery, and I am so excited I can't

wait. He would of done it sooner but I had been in the hosptial for

my back (i have a pinched nerve) and was given prendisone and he

wanted that out of my system before surgery. So now if anyone has

any tips for what to do while waiting for surgery to happen please

feel free to enlighten me? I would love to know any little things I

should be doing before and right after surgery so that I can make my

weight loss a great sucess. I weighed in the other day at 490 and I

am down to 488 now so i am losing a little on my own but can't wait

to shed the big poundage. Well I suppose I need to get back to the

real world and back to working on cleaning my house, trying to get

things done around the house so I have clear sailing after surgery.

Thanks to all those that have given me such insperation and learning

notes. Hope to be alittle more active in the group I haven't been

able to be online for awhile, because I can't sit with my pinched

nerve so I might of missed some news so if I missed something

important please let me know. Thanks again.
