Does anyone receive this magazine? I went friday to my nutrionist to meet

before my surgery and she gave me an article she had copied from the magazine.

It

talked about walking and how important it is to walk that second mile! And

how even after you stop walking if you walked at least 2 miles your body

continues to burn like you were still walking for up to like 8 hours after. Has

anyone ever heard this or has anyone seen this article? Im not sure which issue

it

was out of sorry! Im interested in hearing feedback on this one.

I haven't received my copy of Obesity Help either. I also subscribed

to WLS Lifestyles magazine. They sent me an email saying I should

receive my second issue in 2 weeks. Their website is

www.wlslifestyles.com.
