Guest guest
Hi Deb Thanks for those words. I needed them. I will try to drink more because i feel that i dont drink enough. Something so freaky happened today. It was my check up with my dr. 4 weeks after surgery and i have a scale at home that i just bought. Like i said all i lost was 23 lbs. Today i go to the Dr. and his scale says i weigh 263 that is a 37 lbs lose. How can that be. He told me my scale was wrong. Iam bugging out. My kids weigh there right weight. I don't know what to do. Anyway i will jjust drink my liquids and eat the right foods. Thnaks for your help.
Guest guest
If you are weighing on a pair of bath room scales then they will be wrong because the heavier you are the more off they will be. Just hold on to them and after you lose some the will be more accurate. Great job. A. B. LAP RNY 3/22/03 Dr. Steve Weinstein, MD.
