Guest guest
what are your goals for what's left of 2003? 1-survive thanksgiving at my mother's while everyone is watching to see how much I eat. 2-Try to eat a little more...I don't think I'm actually eating enough. Get some veggies into my diet. 3-Try to increase my walking so that I can loose another 50 lbs before Jan. 1st.
Guest guest
Oooh! You're makin me think! Let's see.... 1. Exercise. I have to figure out a way to get to Curves more often. 2. Water, water, water! There are days I feel like a dried up leaf! 3. Be careful of what I eat. Make sure it's protein first. 4. Thank G-d for the skilled surgeons that performed my surgery and gave me back my life! I think that works! > that's right, instead of " new year's " resolutions. > > what are your goals for what's left of 2003? > > 1-survive thanksgiving (in-laws in town) > > 2-drink more water > > 3-continue to be grateful & focus on the positive, even though this > takes work! > > > lori h.
