Guest guest
There is no shame in asking the bartender or waitress for a glass of water. Or iced Tea, depending on where you are having the drinks. Me, I would have a four oz glass of wine and one or two of the appetizers, depending on what it was, and call it an early dinner. Guest guest
Natasha, That's a good one. I usually try to stay away from the appetizers, but if I'm really craving some I will just have a bite. As far as the alcohol goes, I struggle with this too. I enjoy wine and that is really loaded with sugar. I just go without. I just have it in my head that it's just something I can't have. A women in my support group said she had two light beers and felt " tipsy " from it, so I can also see the concern about getting drunk. If I had one beer it would do the trick because it's been so long since I've drunk any alcohol. Take Care, Open RYN 4-7-03 351/240/???
