Hi there, You can get the apple fantasy nectar from www.syntrax.com. They run

with shipping around thirty four dollars and it is a big jug of it. i think

it is 36 servings in it and I don't usually like it quite so sweet so I mix a

little bit more water in it to cut the sweet some. They also have

strawberry-kiwi, I think one is called Very Berry Cherry or something similar to

that name.

They also have one called Caribbean Cooler which I almost hurl when I drink

it. It taste like a coconut/pina colada type drink and I simply don't like it

but alot do. I hope this is the correct name for the web site but if not just

look under nectar protein. Hope this helps.

Is this the big gallon jug? And how much is the shipping on it. Right now at

my support group I give 31.00 . If I order it online it runs almost 35.00

including shipping.

You can dilute the nectar down some with extra water. I know I do that

because the sweet just gags me at times.

What do you take the apple nectar for?

It is for the protein we need. It is made by Syntrax and I think it is called

Apple Fantasy Nectar.

I have also heard of people using a tasteless protein powder and mixing it

with sugar free jello pudding to get in their protein.
