I am going through Emory and live in Lithonia. I am glad you are feeling better Got pneumonia 1 day post-op Hi everyone, I had my Lap RNY on 10/13 and starting running a fever of 102.7 the next morning. I was scared...the only time I've actually been scared or had any fear. A lot of tests were taken and it was determined that I had developed pneumonia. I just got home from the hospital and I'm doing much better. I had my staples taken out today and I'm still very sore. I'm not hungry and still on liquid diet. I haven't had a chance to catch up on posts yet so I hope all my Oct 13 surgery buddies and all other new post-ops are doing good. I'll catch up when I'm feeling better.
