My 1st 30 lbs gone forever!!!!!

Hi all, I went for my post op visit today with my surgeon. I got the

rest of my staples out and my incision feels better already. I am

estatic because I have lost 30 lbs since my Lap RNY on 10/13/03.

WOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! 292 down to 262. I was surprised because I

really didn't think that I'd lost that much. Today is the first day

that I have weighted since surgery. I'll take it...LOL
