Guest guest
Had my appointment at the behavorial clinic. It wasn't anything like I thought it would be. For 2 hours I listened to a boring doctor practically read to us the handout she gave us. Only 2 of us showed for the group meeting.....and she still had us write our names on a sticker and put it on our chest. I figured I'd have to take that big test everyone talks about and that it would be more intense then it was. But I didn't even have to fill out any paperwork even tho they told me to show 20 minutes prior just to do that. She even told me she thought I was " mentally fit " to have the surgery so that's a good thing. Tomorrow is my appointment for physical therepy and the other woman in todays group said she went yesterday and that it was pretty lame. They show you how to take your heart beat and suggested exercises people with health problems can do. I hope the rest of my wls journey is this easy. ~Tanja
