They deposit cents in your account, like 21 cents and 18 cents and then you verify the deposits and they activate you. i even use the debit card they issued me, well I asked for the card and got it HUGS, ROBIN, NY Age- 41 TTC#4 - OPEN RNY 10-18-02 378/246/170???
