Ok Barb, I got my keyboard settings on english (US) and outlay US

(International).

It gives you more opportunities:

For the french: é è á à ê ô

For the türkish: ÿ ï ã

For the germans: ö ü ä

For the dutch: ë

The germans got another syllable which I don't know in outlook. It is

attached with this mail in Word. I could ask Nina how she makes that one.

You can access it from the character map. go to start >>> programs >>>

accessories >>> system tools >>>> character map.

You choose the font that you are using, highlight the character, choose

select then copy then go to the page and paste and then you get: Reneé

Deborah

get those joints moving Sis .... chances are it has more to do with being

immobile. My joints for example and back too, always ache when I spend more

than one day in bed. ( am 46, could be an age thing ..? )

Once I'm back on my feet doing my daily walk .. things lossen up a bit.

hugs ... Rena

we are here for you ... your " new " family. Take it a day at a time.

Keep posting/reading other peoples posts. Coming to the computer and

reading everyone's thoughts has made me feel less isolated and more personally

empowered to reach my personal goals.

Never give up !!! Hugs, ... Rena

Hey !!!

I am not having joint pain. In fact I was before surgery and now it's gone.

But I do have upper back pain that I never had before and it drives me

crazy!!!!

I did want to mention that if you are really feeling like you could sleep

all day you should talk to your doctor. I was having the same problem when

I was about 2 weeks out and it turned out to be from an infection.

Even now I am still tired however. I still need a nap every day or I can't

make it through.

Hey Bobi,

I found lots of good info about dealing with insurance on the

obesityhelp.com website. I would check that out. It took me two

tries before I was approved:-)

Keep us posted and take care!
