We were also told to eat Kentucky Fried Chicken mashed potatoes and gravy. I

never did but alot of people say they loved it. I also had cottage cheese,

cream of mushroom soup,(clam chowder the soup at hand kind you heat in the can

comes in) sugar free jello,yogurt,oatmeal, cheese flavored grits made thinner

than usual. Hope this helps.

Tried a few bites of pintos & cheese tonight and so far, so

good...kinda missed the sauce though(oh well)...thanks for all the

suggestions and also I am wondering about " No Sugar Added "

Fudgsicles...anyone had those? any problems, because there is some

sugar in them already? sorry for all the food questions, just don't

have anyone else to ask...thanks to all for the input... ;)

I've had the " no sugar added " fudgsicles. They were pretty good and didn't

cause any problems. Same for SF popciles and SF ice cream. :) But now that

summer is over (even in Miami) I really dont' crave those anymore.
