We were also told to eat Kentucky Fried Chicken mashed potatoes and gravy. I never did but alot of people say they loved it. I also had cottage cheese, cream of mushroom soup,(clam chowder the soup at hand kind you heat in the can it comes in) sugar free jello, yogurt, oatmeal, cheese flavored grits made thinner than usual. Hope this helps. Wolfie Leeds, Alabama Lap RNY August 27,2003 Dr. Lee A. Schmitt, M.D. Medical Center East Beginning Weight: 336 " Keep Em Laughing! Guest guest
I've had the " no sugar added " fudgsicles. They were pretty good and didn't cause any problems. Same for SF popciles and SF ice cream. But now that summer is over (even in Miami) I really dont' crave those anymore.
