I was wondering...i am drinking ice tea and was wondering if caffeen has any bad effects on us....also i would appriciate everyone listing products they have found made with splenda. I asked my Dr about the caffeine, I have been having coffee every morning for the last 20 years, and so long as it does not take away from my protein intake he was OK with it. Although they do not say " Made with Splenda " on the outside, the ingredient list has " sucralose " on it. AKA Splenda.
