Is the calcium your chewing a citrate? If not I would get with my

nutritionist because the citrate is the one that is readily absorbed and so

beneficial to your bones.

hey wolfie - it issn't citrate and i asked the nurse practitioner this and

she said any calcium would o - so i'll rresearch it since she could be wrong

-- i know one thing - i think i've had the flu the last few days and i've

never had my bones hurt so bad in all my life. thanks.
