I have been taking my pulls whole since they day after surgery. Candi I think that it really would depend on the size of the pill. If its bigger than an M&M I would definitely break it in half or grind it up. I just heard from another support group where a fellow WLS group member had forgotten and took a pill whole. It ripped his pouch and released into his system. He had to have a second surgery. So you just have to be so careful with the new pouch. He had his surgery two weeks prior to this happening.
