I just have to complain to somebody..............I am on Optifast as you all

know. Well, I saw the dr (well, p.a.) Monday and she said that my liver

enzymes were up. That they had almost doubled in the 4 weeks since I started

going

there. So........she told me that instead of the 64 oz of water a day that I

had been doing like a good girl, now I have to have between 80-95oz a day!! I

am doing it but OMG , I have to pee every 10 min!!!!!! So has anyone else ever

had liver enzyme problems? Just thought I would ask.

, I as well have high enzymes, the ultra sound I had confirmed that it

is a " fatty liver " , I guess it is due to being overweight. Maybe you could

have a ultra sound as well. To be sure what it is not! Good luck!
