There is no way I could finish a meal in 5-10 minutes. I tried it yesterday

when I was on my lunch hour and running errands. I had a piece of fish from

Long Silvers and hurriedly ate it so I could do some shopping, I felt

very uncomfortable and thought I was going to throw up.. Now if I had taken

more time, say 30 min. it would have 'gone down' better....

How does eating slower cause the pouch to fail?

Sometimes the meals do take longer. It depends on what it is...its

consistency...and how hard or easy it is to chew. I mean really...how long does

it take

to eat yogurt, or mashed potatoes? Every meal just has to have a little common

sense thrown in is all. Skinny Wishes everyone!
