Well, as most of you know I am on a 12 week Optifast program that my insurance requires me to go on b-4 they will cover my surgery. I have been losing each week on the Optifast but, last week was only a pound so imagine my delight when I got on the scale and it said that I had lost 3.3 more lbs!!!! That makes it 19 almost 20lbs in 4 weeks!!!!! YAY for me!!!!! I'm so excited!!! I started out on Optifast weighing 343 now I weigh 324!!!
