I buy those packages that come 2 for a buck and can eat about half of one through out the course of the day. Guest guest Posted October 13, 2003 Report Share Posted October 13, 2003 yep, sf seeds rock. on occasion, i chew (endlessly) on turkey or beef jerky. great for prot, but then i have to increase my water even more to flush out the sodium. low fat lunch meat or cheese or yogurt sometimes hits the spot, too. prot in general keeps the carb crazies away, thankfully. lori h. > Lori, > > Sunflower seeds are my new fave snack!
