Guest guest Posted October 9, 2003 Report Share Posted October 9, 2003 okay,i haven't been on in almost a week,so i am sorry to just barge in like that. i have a question about the protein meal replacement shakes everybody is drinking.the ones i bought taste good,but they are for 16 oz of water.they are from GNC and are called MEGA MRP.i could do one of them per day no problem,but it is hard to get TWO of them down each and every day.GNC said they don't really have any 8 oz shakes,only 12 oz and 16 oz.so my question is,what kind of shakes do you guys buy and drink,and where do you buy them?is there another store out there other than GNC where i could look for shakes?i don't mind ordering online,but i don't want to wait a week to get those things. thanks!!! astrid Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Guest guest Posted October 10, 2003 Report Share Posted October 10, 2003 Mindi, I went to our local BJ's warehouse (same as sams club) and found these even cheaper than they were at walmart and got them in larger amounts, i think walmart has the 4 0r 6 pack and bj's had them in like 12 packs.
