Guest guest
hi folks how are you tonight? I hope everyone is feeling well, I am feeling a little guilty tonight. I have been on Optifast (a liquid diet) for the last 4 weeks as a requirement for surgery. I was doing real good and tonight I " fell off the wagon " I ended up eating some chicken and some coconut shrimp that my husband had, and I feel just aweful. I just don't know why I did it. I am really depressed about it. I don't mean to whine but, I needed to talk to somebody. in MI 327/Pre-op

Guest guest
, Please don't beat yourself up. You've been doing a liquid diet for the last 4 weeks? You know what, I couldn't even get through ONE DAY when I did a liquid diet a few years ago, so you're doing fantastic. So you fell off the wagon, don't beat yourself up, just get right back on it. Don't let this derail you at all, you seriously are doing a great job. You'll be POST-OP soon enough and trust me having this surgery is worth it (in my opinion). Good luck! Guest guest
my hat's off for the 4 weeks, that's quite a feat! just start again, knowing that each shake gets you closer to a new you. & btw, being raised catholic gave me a PhD in guilt;-) lori h. > hi folks how are you tonight?
