Guest guest
I check the labels on the soy milk. I use Vitasoy which has 6 grams or Silk which has 4 grams. I rarely use it, only if I want cereal - or use in mashed potatoes etc. b

Guest guest
Hi Just a thought. My daughter is lactose intolerent and we found a milk product called " Dairy Ease " Its a whole milk based product without the lactose. She is handling this very well. I even tried it to see what it tasted like. It tastes just like milk. Just thought I would shre this...maybe you can give this a try.
