I check the labels on the soy milk. I use Vitasoy which has 6 grams or Silk

which has 4 grams. I rarely use it, only if I want cereal - or use in mashed

potatoes etc.

Westsoy unsweetened Vanilla soymilk has zero grams of sugar. It tastes fine

too. I won't do it as a beverage...but do use it on my cereal. I've

forgotten what moo tastes like..and this is just fine with me.

hi ladies. how about some light soy milk? check the sugar grams.

mercifully, this was something that has never made me sick.

Hi Just a thought.

My daughter is lactose intolerent and we found a milk product

called " Dairy Ease " Its a whole milk based product without the

lactose. She is handling this very well. I even tried it to see what

it tasted like. It tastes just like milk.

Just thought I would shre this...maybe you can give this a try.
