I'm a wealth of knowledge about Kaiser approval for things so if I can help you with that part -- email me off line. Do you live in Springfield, VA area? I received a note from one person, but unfortunately she lives in Manassas, VA which is about 40-50 miles from me. Both of the support groups in Northern VA area are 30-40 miles from me.
