Thanks , I had forgotten the tapes. I have some from long ago. I'll

get them out and take a look.

Re: Exercise

Water is a great exercise because its not so jarring on your body

but walking is good too. I've read that walking is actually better

for you than running because it doesn't damage your knees, ankles,

and joints like running can. Also, I'm sure no one wants to see my

300 plus pounds of blubber flapping if I tried jogging down the

road:)

The non-impact aerobic tapes are really good if you use them

faithfully.

Good luck

FWIW here's another take on the exercise issue. Our bodies store toxins in the fat and muscles, so vigorous exercise can break some of those toxins lose and make you feel bad initially. But, on the other hand, breaking them loose will help the body to get rid of the toxins.

My son can walk on the treadmill for 20 minutes and feel like he just got chemo even though his last dose of chemo was almost 4 months ago. He tells me that it's amazing how much exercise triggers the exact same feelings even down to the sense of little bugs or something eating away at the inside of his stomach. After 28 months of chemo he's got a lot of de-toxing to do, but he's exercising a little every day and he says it's getting better. ..· ´¨¨)) -:¦:-Hang in there!¸.·´ .·´¨¨))((¸¸.·´ ..·´ -:¦:--:¦:- ((¸¸.·´*

But, on the other hand, breaking them loose will help the body to get rid of the toxins. This makes sense. I actually exercised yesterday for the first time in a while, and my symptoms were worse today (looser & more frequent stools). Seems like a connection there, definitely, and this seems like it might be a likely reason.
