Dear ,

I hope something makes me LOSE weight!...smile. Is that what

happened to you? I am now 5 pounds over what I put on my patient

info form, and 15 pounds heavier than when I first found this site!

(Am I awful or what?) I thought quitting smoking made you gain

weight. But, like my 'Mom' Flo says you leave no cookie unturned or

ice-cream unsampled. My worse thing that has happened is that I went

from a borderline hypertensive to full blown hypertensive. My BP

last week was 186/102!!! I hope it's down. (Now that I am not

stressed about wondering if I will have MGB or not.) I got home from

bible study last night and actually felt not hungry and even sick on

my stomach! So I went to bed without the usual snacks (very rare!)

Love,

Love is very patient and kind...
