Levocarnitine Liquid - how is the taste

Hi,

I wanted to know if anyone is using Levocarnitine liquid (the

prescription), how is the taste? If it is bad, have you tried adding

flavor at the pharmacy?

My son is having difficulty swallowing the tablets, since it is not

coated and I wanted to try the liquid form (if it is not too

disgusting...)

-Hi, We just got our first bottle tonight. It smells like Robutussin to

me and tastes like watered down Cough syrup/robutussin...again that's

just my opinion. Shea (3.8 yrs.)looked at me slightly paniced when I

came towards her with the measuring syringe with a an expression trying

to say WHAT ON EARTH ARE YOU MAKING ME TAKE NOW!! But when I squirted

it in her mouth she immediately said " Mmmmmm!duhd " . (good). So, that's
