I'm not , but I'll give you our experience:

We just got Country Life Omega 3-6-9 Vegetarian formula... it is

awful... my daughter will take it, but it is really gross. The

aftertaste goes away quickly if you have a drink handy.

I have been taking it (morning and night), and my thinking has gotten

a lot better! I am one of those types who'll forget what I am saying

in the middle of a conversation... this happens a LOT with me... I

usually cannot sit and do a task for too long, as it irritates me... I

am trying to pack for a move, and haven't been too successful, ha.

but, since taking the O3-6-9's, I have been a lot more focused, and

noticed I haven't been losing my train of thought, and have been able

to pack a lot more without getting overwhelmed. Might be a

coincidence, but I'll keep taking it. :)

You could also use flax seed meal. I have been using it in all of my

cooking/recipes. (Use it as part of the flour requirement). I put it

in applesauce and other smooth items. You can't taste it unless you

put too much in it.

We're vegetarian, but trying to work our way to vegan... the fish oils

have been a problem for us, though... I am hoping my daughter will

gulp down the country life without problems soon... she used to hate

fish oils, but doesn't mind them now... so, here's to hoping they'll

do the same thing. :)

Thanks so much. I will try it. The flax seed thing, I think I read we

absorb that differently and may not match the benefit of the fish oil? ???

Thanks. That matters, at least for my son.
