Update: Dose titration and constipation.(skip & others)

Hi all,

Last night I discontinued LDN. After three weeks of severe constipation (three

weeks taking

LDN), today I had not one, not two, but three regular bowel movements without

any kind of

laxative. This is now the third time I've had this experience with LDN.

The only solution I can figure would be to do the long ramp-up suggested by Skip

(i.e. 1.5mg

for a month, then 3mg for a month, then 4.5) and hope that my body somehow

adjusts. This

doesn't seem to be like the insomnia effect, however, in that certainly not

everyone

experiences constipation with LDN... and for those that do, it doesn't seem to

go away.

Sigh. It would be so nice if this little pill could work its miracles for me as

it has for others.
