Guest guest
I note you mentioned balance, pain and feeling in toes, etc. Most of the postings have to do with MS but I have peripheral neuropathy and balance problems. My neurologist is not certain whether it is from diabetes or from immune system imbalance I had since I got Guillaine-Barre in 1994. She would not give me a scrip. My understanding is that Dr. Gluck feels non-diabetic peripheral neuropathy resulting from a weak immune system is something which LDN might help. I got a Scrip from my local DO who reviewed some material I gave him from the April Meeting and the ldninfo.org website. I got my local compounding pharmacist to give me 100 4 mg capsules. After reading all the postings and Cyndi Lenz recommendation to start out at 1.5 mg for a month, then 3 mg, then 4.5, I think I want to start out small and will see what happens. I have a question for you. Are your which you say LDN helped from neuropathy or MS? Do you know any references to LDN and peripheral neuropathy? Any comments? Thanks. Guest guest
Tonight is the two month mark for taking LDN. Most pain is gone and most numbness in my left toes and left finger tips is pretty much gone as well. I've noticed though my balance hasn't improved as I thought it would. I'm on 4.5mg and have been since starting. Any ideas/recommendations?

If one does get symptom improvement, then that's an added plus. Physical therapy to help improve balance or pool therapy.
Guest guest
Bill, I have MS but I recently ordered something I hope will help me. It looks like your complaints are exactly what this thing helps. Look for ReBuilder in a search engine. Hope this info is of some use to you. -- Re: [low dose naltrexone] @ 2 months on LDN, question on balance I note you mentioned balance, pain and feeling in toes, etc. Most of the postings have to do with MS but I have peripheral neuropathy and balance problems. Guest guest
Bill, You're talking about the "ReBuilder" See this site www.rebuildermedical.com . I have been complaining about what a Boston doctor told me was planter's faciatis. This was prior to my PPMS diagnosis years later. The device seemed to help me get sensation on the borrom of my feet.. I have been using it on and off since then, but have only used it once since aphisiatrist injected my leg with phenol. Good Luck! Guest guest
, I am not using it like I should be. Not putting enough time into it. Very sad I know. You do not need a prescription to get it. You can have it for 39 days to decide at no charge. What do you have to loose? Let me know what you think
