Guest guest
Hi , You've missed us? (laughing now) , WE " VE MISSED YOU! It's been too long since we've heard from you. Lily is nice enough to update us once in a while, but it still isn't the same as hearing from you directly. It really sounds like you've not had the best of times these last few months, and I do understand how down and out you can feel when nothing seems to be going right. Yet I hate to see you isolating yourself when things get bad like that, maybe you need to vent a little more with us, just to get things off your chest (no pun intended, lol) and off your mind. You know how good it feels sometimes just to let go of all your pent up feelings...once that's done everything seems clearer and brighter. At least I know that works pretty well for me when the physical and emotional stress start to seem overwhelming. How are the twins and everybody doing? Are they all helping you out around the house? It can't be easy to keep up with everything with a chest that wheezes and crackles. Are x-rays all that they can do to check this? I don't know much about chest problems, but I'd think there would be some other more extensive or sophisticated tests that could be done to check chest and breathing difficulties. I'm so glad you wrote and I hope you won't be such a stranger again for so long. We've missed your posts and do care about you. Keep us up to date when you can, and I do hope you get back your umph SOON! With hope and prayers, Heidi Heidi H. Griffeth South Carolina Southeastern Representative PAI, Intl. Note: All advice or comments are personal opinion only, and should not be substituted for professional medical consultation.. >>I bet you all thought I had put you out of my memory, but thats not so! I think about the group & people all the time. I've just kinda burnt myself out trying to figure out how to handle or even learn anything about this illness. I'm just tired....just too tired to learn the mostly bad stuff I've come to know. Where is the UMP that use to be behind that statement? I don't know, and I'm tired of looking. Also I had a big~ole' battle with pneumonia in February, my home care nurse came the first part of March and when she listened to me she said my right lung sounded awful, lots of crackling & wheezing & called my doc who sent me to the hospital for an x-ray, and it came back perfectly normal... And now about a week ago I started feeling really congested & when the home care nurse came this past Wednesday she said I sounded awful, lots of wheezing & crackling & again, she called my doc, who made me go in to see her yesterday (thrusday) and she said I really sounded bad and sent me right over to the hospital for a chest x-ray, and they called today & said it was perfectly normal.. please tell me, why am I depressed?!?!?!
