DD is capricious. So many kids will drink a cup of juice if you offer

it to them. Not dd. She drinks if she is thirsty and won't if she

isn't. I try to make it as small an ammount as possible to cover up

the taste but that she will drink it all.

Today at lunch I hid them in applesauce (a favorite food) and she ate

that but I know that some day she will refuse the apple sauce first

course. If i sprinkle it on her food she often will refuse to eat it.

Or she might choose 3 helpings of green beans and eat none of her

meat or vice versa. (I let her self regulate her food intake as long

as it is healthy foods and she does quite well).

Ideas? Most of the enzyme stuff ideas that I think would work for dd

involve chocolate, not an optin on this diet. She hates things in a

dropper/medicine spoon so that isn't an option. I thought she would

like drinking it through a straw but apparently she wasn't thirsty.

We are currently up to 4 doses of enzymes a day, all with food. I'm

not sure how I'm going to get inbetween meals enzymes into her.

Thanks for any btdt advice.
