Guest guest
In answer to the query from cathi about ldn for pms. I also suffered from pms/pmdd until 3 months ago. That was when i started taking ldn. For the past year or so my symptoms had got extreme. I honestly can say that i dont know what would have happened to me if i had not started on ldn.I dont know if it is possible for you to access the archives of this forum because i posted a reply here about 2 weeks ago. Posted under the heading " ldn for pmdd " . It really has changed my life. I now have no pms syptoms. I think it took about 2 weeks to fully feel the benefits of ldn. Every month since has got better. My skin is clear for the first time in 2 years. My anxiety has all but disappeared. My mood is level throughout the month. I had very impulsive behaviour behaviour like excess shopping in the last 2 weeks of my cycle. My bank balance is now much healthier. Only one migraine since i started ldn. I was going in and out to my gp for a long time complaining of these symptoms and was always prescribed the pill. But it was not helping me and i think could even have been making me worse. I think that i was close to having a nervous breakdown as the gap between pms time and no pms time seemed to be getting shorter and shorter. I am so glad i went to a different doctor who was able to give me the help i needed and was very understanding about my problem. To me ldn has been a miracle. I hope your sister`s pms will be cured too. I know how destructive it can be to suffer from this. Good luck. Shauna
