Hi All,

Ok, I need an understanding about how fermented foods are good for the gut but

why vinegar is supposed to cause yeast to grow. And some fermented foods are bad

for the gut.

The anti-yeast diets, say stay away from vinegar containing products ... Can

someone

easily and quickly explain explain

Elaine discussed D-lactate with a mutual aquaintance who practiced

orthomolecular

medicine and neither had definitive answers aboout D-lactate but felt it

certainkt required

more study.
