Guest guest
could be... your appetite has 'normalized', now it may be also the Quality of foods.. if they're weight gainer foods, you'll keep packing them on. I had a fast metabolism before the MS started kicking my butt, so I had gone up in weight over the years before LDN... I thought I noticed LDN put my metabolism back where it used to be, and I lost weight over the first few months... was 135 when I started, then 124 7 months later, 127 a year after that, 114 8 months after that... and 108 8 months after that. Then I quit smoking.. and flew up to 129 within a few weeks! And that's where I'm at now. It's not the LDN that's Causing it, it's just taken out the sickly factors that altered it. (JMHO of course) [low dose naltrexone] LDN & weight gain I have discussed this before but it is still bothering me. The only thing I seem to have a problem with LDN is that I am gaining weight. I have an appetite that won't quit so I am sure I am gaining weight due to eating too much. Is the increase in appetite caused by LDN?? Guest guest
Hi Peg, I'm experiencing the same thing. It's not a huge amount but it's a little bit bothersome. I personally try and keep my head up about it because I feel good and I keep reminding myself I no longer have to give myself a shot! So...keep up your spirits and if you are able hit the gym, go for a swim or take more walks Good luck, Carie > > I have discussed this before but it is still bothering me.
