4.5 mg ; dizziness and lightheadedness, been on LDN for 5 months

I wanted to chime in. I started the medicine in March and in

the last few weeks had a lot of dizziness and lightheadedness at times that we

thought was hydration related?? Didn’t know. I use Skip’s.

Regarding the post:

it could very well be hydration and that was something else i have been meaning to mention. drinking lots of water is so important. i know its hard for many of you folks because what goes in must come out. but if i was dizzy and lightheaded the first thing i would do is drink up a storm. cyndiOn Sep 4, 2006, at 9:34 PM, Levitt wrote:I wanted to chime in.
