Guest guest
, Don't give up on the LDN. Be strong. You can get thru this phase it will go away. Make yourself move. Work against the stiffness, beat it. You can do it. Don't give in. I know it's hard. If I did it you can too. and don't change your dose. 4.5 stops progression they don't know for sure if anything lower does. You can do it. I had problems too with stiffness and spasms and generally feeling awful. I actually stopped the LDN for a while, but after finding out a bit more started back on it at 1.5 mg. Once I was coping with that I went back up to 3mg and I have no problems with that dosage now. I haven't had the dramatic results some have had, but I noticed an improvement in urine continence quite quickly. I'm sticking with the LDN because it's doing me no harm and maybe long term will work for me. I know what you're experiencing is pretty scary as well as unpleasant - I hope it settles quickly for you.Gayle [low dose naltrexone] Don't know if the LDN is for me> This is day 6 of being on LDN and I have, quite frankly, never felt> worse.
