Guest guest
Hye, We also have a mini trampoline, standing in our son's bedroom, here it costs about 30 dollars, it also was a birthday present. I know an aerobic instructor for children who gives lessons in trampoline jumping (not acrobatic but aerobic). He advises for small children 5- 10 min max a day. The lessons start at 7-8 y. max 30 min. This is because the growing process to avoid back-problems in the future. He discourages buying a big copy, because there happens (too) many accidents (broken body parts or other injury). If you have a big copy you certainly have to secure the environment next to the trampoline. It's already enough that our children have cf, that they can avoid as much as possible other accidents. We also have a few bouncing balls. There exist very small copies (-3y) in different sizes (cheap), and adult copies (expensive). It's a good exercise and a nice toy. We have 3 different sizes now, and when friends come to play over, the play a lot with it. Mieke mom of Xander (5), Belgium.
