Guest guest
This is die off. How much of each enzyme are you taking? I went through this too when starting Houston's. What is going on? __________________________________________________
Guest guest
, What you are describing is very very typical when starting enzymes when a yeast problem is there. Actually, I think the worse adjustments come when yeast is present. Just go slowly. Like 1/2 or 1/4 a dose at a time. Really. I know it probably looks like you are putting on such a pathetically small amount of enzymes that they couldn't possibly be doing anything. But remember that enzymes keep working and are not used up in the process. Like one screwdriver can put in screw after screw after screw. Some of the parents going slow would say the adjustment/die-off took a good five weeks. If the symptoms are really uncomfortable, try: - drinking lots of water - lots of vitamin C - epsom salts baths/lotion/oil The die-off effect of yeast has always been so pronounced and uncomfortable with all yeast-control measures, it got its own name: The Hexheimer Reaction. Best to you, .
