I am also in the UK and take LDN. What strength are you on? I am building it up gradually month by month and started on 1.5 mg. I will stop at 3 mg and see how things are on that.

Hi and Janice,

I'm also in the UK - may I ask how/where you got hold of your LDN? I'd

be grateful for any pointers in the right direction !

Thanks.

:o)

Hi ,

Would you like a copy of the "welcome e-mail" for LDN and MS.

Congratulations on getting started on LDN. It has been a real miracle for my husband and so many others. I hope it will be just as helpful for you.

My best

Aletha
