Guest guest
This is interesting - let me know what he says. I have never had heartburn in my life, but have been experiencing it recently. I am not using the phenylalanine, just the LDN .... I know LDN seems to have that effect on me and some others. Artie
Guest guest
Donna, I haven't heard of anyone having an upset stomach because of LDN, but you might want to try digestive enzymes. I've been taking them for several months now and I do feel a difference when I don't. Dr. Lawrence believes that the animal-based enzymes are stronger than the plant-based, so that's what I'm taking. Another suggestion is probiotics.
