Make sure you have your doc's permission to post his name on a public forum as

an LDN prescribing doctor. Otherwise, you may return to this doc and he refuse

you a renewal on your LDN script because you put his name on a public forum.

Then you are up a creek without a paddle until you locate a new LDN prescribing

doc which is not always easy. Think before you act.
