CONCLUSIONS: The present study provides evidence that endogenous

opioids modulate orgasmic response and the perceived intensity of

sexual arousal and orgasm in men. The findings suggest that naltrexone

could be clinically useful in cases of inhibited sexual desire and

erectile dysfunction.
