Which type of filler in LDN capsules is best??

I've read about various 'fillers' used in LDN capsules but am a bit

confused about which one might be best - and indeed which fillers might

NOT be particularly good when used with LDN.

Any suggestions? - or experiences of this?

I've got an appointment with my GP next week to discuss the possibility

of me being prescribed LDN - so I want to arrive with all the right

information. As we know, sometimes we patients can know more about

these things than our docs, bless em. I'm quite lucky, in that my GP

often bows to his patients' experiences and knowledge when it comes to

specifics to particular chronic conditions such as MS, and he's quite

open minded about trying new things if he agrees that they might help.
