If you could recomend one cook book

Which one would it be?

I'm a good cook and like to make interesting ethnic foods as well as

regular stuff. I'm esp interested in good recipes for bread like

things.

I figure i'll get one book to start off (we are cook book collecters

here I'll need a new shelf for this new diet. LOL)

You don't need a new shelf. There are over 500 SCD freee recipes on the

Internet. Just type

SCD followed by the type you want into the Google Search box or check out the

recipe

links on Elaine's website. Check this one out for starters:
