Guest guest Posted January 15, 2006 Report Share Posted January 15, 2006 Hi Brent, I believe that the frozen french cut are easier to digest than the regular because they are a smaller bean than the regular frozen green bean. Either they are genetically different or the french cut frozen ones are picking younger and are more tender. If you can get fresh green beans at your grocery store in good shape (the ones here are all shrivelled up and nasty). They'd likely be good also.
