" Naltrexone was created from oxymorphone. Oxymorphone (brandname Numorphan) is a powerful semi-synthetic narcotic analgesic that was derived from morphine. Naltrexone differs in structure from oxymorphone in that the methyl group on the nitrogen atom has been replaced by a cyclopropylmethyl group. Naltrexone is really short for Naltrexone Hydrochloride. Its chemical sign is C20H23NO4-HCl. If you would like to see a diagram of Naltrexone's chemical structure,go here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Naltrexone Now I really AM going to bed.
