- I'm not familiar with either that

man nor his book, but two years ago began

seeing a chiropractor regularly and have

experienced many positive benefits. The

chiropractor correctly diagnosed " nerve

impingement syndrome " in my neck and used

traction and the Proadjuster to basically

give me a new neck. The x-rays of the process

are very stricking. No more pain from the

process, yes much better sleep, and the list

goes on. Chiropractors who use what they

are calling " chiropractic biophysics " are

where I go. They do corrective and then

maintenance work on the spine. My son who

has autism has benefited tremendously from

it - improved sleep, improved attention, less

hyperactivity and that list goes on also. For

us, chiropractic has been a very valid discipline,

and we use it in conjunction with lots of other

things.

Best of luck.

- I did the chiropractor thing for over a year, 3 x a week w/neck adjustments w/a special machine. It felt awesome but sorry to say it didn't help th MS. I think chiropractic without a doubt will help you with the things you've mentioned but don't expect a cure for MS. Has anyone outthere had any good results from going to achiropractor? Like better leg strength, balance, energylevels, better sleep. Let me know. I would tryanything to get even a little better. Let me know. Thanks

I do believe if not for my chiro team I'd have landed in a w/c by 1992. I started going in 1989 and they've helped me through 10 years of annual exacerbations. They told me a few times I should probably go to a neuro but it wasn't until the big one in 2002 that I finally listened.

I still go to them, couldn't live without 'em!

I don't know about these exercises... but LDN and my chiros are a winning combination!

Hi , We have the above book, but as my wife has had Clouds Fusion to

her neck she wont let anyone do any hi-jinks with the neck. We have tried

phyeos , biokineticist, they seemed to help but not to any great degree.

But that is just our own feeling!! Regards , Malcolm
