Guest guest
I hada lot of trouble with fatigue in the first couple of weeks, that has pretty much gone now. deb -------------- Original message -------------- From: "charla_triplett" <charla_triplett@...> I just started taking 3.0 mg LDN two nights ago. My diagnosis is probable MS and have had a number of problems including numbness and fatigue. The great thing is that it is helping me sleep (which it sounds like it has the opposite effect for most in the begining). I usually have insomnia and night terrors but so far with the drug I get very drowsy and sleep hard. The problem is that I have an even harder time getting out of bed then before. Has anyone else experienced this? I don't seem to be getting much of an added energy boost at all during the day either. My numbness does seem to be a bit better. I know I should give it time but I have read a lot about how quickly it seems to have worked for many of you.-Charla
Guest guest
Hi Charla, Your first instinct sounds right. Just give it some time first off. If things don't improve then we can start to look at other items that have helped in the past. Not everyone is a quick responder. So don't let that dissuade you at all. Everyone reacts at their own pace and with different things. Guest guest
Kathy, Thanks, I will try that. I took it about 11:30 or 12 both nights. Looks like I might go to bed early for a change. -Charla > > Try taking the LDN around 9:00 or 10:00. For some reason, if I take it at midnight, I feel tired the next day. Guest guest
Try taking the LDN around 9:00 or 10:00. For some reason, if I take it at midnight, I feel tired the next day. Guest guest
You can take it before you are ready to fall asleep.I might be doing things at 10:00 and take my LDN. Then I don't actually go to sleep until midnight. Hope this little change helps you. Guest guest
Thanks for the responses. It actually made me so drowsy that I couldn't stay awake after about 1/2 hour of taking it - which is weird because even sleeping pills don't make me sleepy. Tonight though is my fourth night and I am not sleepy! So maybe something is changing and I will be less groggy tomorrow. I will keep you posted. -Charla > > > > Try taking the LDN around 9:00 or 10:00. For some reason, if I > take it at midnight, I feel tired the next day.
